Shipping
Default shipping methods are UPS or USPS ground services, however Fedex is available. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen and the carrier of your choosing. Bold Blanks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carrier. Express shipments are available upon request with up-charges.
Goods ship from our warehouses located in Conyers, GA.
99% of our orders ship the next business day (on normal business days)*.
*Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
Orders placed on weekends or on major holidays will ship on the next business day.
If you have issue placing orders online please email info@boldblanks.com.
We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock and further communicate on when these goods will be available to ship.
Returns
We DO NOT accept returns or order cancellations.
Bold Blanks will not be responsible for any delay caused by carrier in the delivery of the shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Once your package has been received by USPS, UPS or FedEx, for shipping; Bold Blanks is no longer responsible for the package. Bold Blanks is also not responsible for any lost items or delivery delays that may occur once the carrier has the package. If you have a problem receiving your package, contact the shipping carrier as they will be able to track your package or provide you with information on any insurance coverage available.
